Arctic Owl privacy policy

Arctic Owl uses one first-party cookie named session-id. It is HttpOnly and keeps the game session on this site. The game needs it to deal problems, check answers, and, if you choose, post a score. It is not an advertising cookie.

You can play without a wallet. If you connect a wallet and choose Verify Wallet, the site stores that wallet address on your session after the signature checks out. If you pay the optional 0.1 SOL fee or post a score, the wallet address, the name you submit, and the score are written where the Solana program requires them. Anything posted on-chain is public.

The server reads Solana account data through a provider (Helius) to show the leaderboard, fees, and NFT list. Arctic Owl does not sell personal information. The site does not show a cookie banner because it does not set marketing cookies; the session cookie is required to play.
